The Centre develops and implements initiatives, programmes, projects and platforms for sharing best practices in combating cybercrime. The intended activities under this service include:

• Design and implementation of cybersecurity programmes, projects, platforms and initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders including onboarding the Cybersecurity Programme implemented by the Communications Authority of Kenya. 

• Capacity building on design, development and implementation of collaborative cybersecurity programmes, projects, platforms and initiatives.

• Development of Playbooks to support local, regional and global stakeholders in designing, developing and implementing collaborative cybersecurity programmes, projects, platforms and initiatives.
