The Centre will establish and operationalise a collaborative policy and regulatory observatory to provide policy space for a coherent framework for anticipating future trends and opportunities in digital transformation. The intended activities under this service include:

• Feasibility assessment, structural and organisational development and implementation of the Observatory

• Building Capacity on Implementation of Policy and Regulatory Observatory

• Development of playbooks and tools for setting up policy and regulatory observatory for ecosystem orchestration

• Supporting partners in the ecosystem in establishing and implementing policy observatories
