The Centre aims to conduct an assessment of SMEs’ human and institutional capacity for digital innovation as part of the Entrepreneurship and SME Growth objective.

• Establishing current policy development processes and pain points and conduct of the Assessment.

• Apply the findings of the assessment to develop a suitable framework for ecosystem orchestration.

• Capacity building for the implementation of a framework resulting from the assessment.
