Aims to establish and nurture open innovation communities around ICT innovation hubs and community networks in Kenya through:

• Environmental scan/feasibility assessment, structural and organisational development and implementation of open innovation communities.

• Building Capacity on Implementation of Open Innovation Communities.

• Supporting partners in the ecosystem in establishing and implementing open innovation communities.

• Development of playbooks and tools for setting up open innovation communities for ecosystem orchestration.
